When do bonus bets expire?

Bonus bets expire 7 days from when they are credited into your account. This is for deposit bonuses as well as bonus bets received from promotions.

How do I fund my account?

You can deposit funds into your Surge account with Apple Pay & Google Pay, your debit card, and via bank transfer. Please note that bank transfers may take 1-2 business days to reach your account.

How do I verify my account?

You might actually already be verified. We use Green ID to verify most of our clients in the background as they sign up. To check whether your account is verified please login to the Surge app and click on Account then select Settings. If there is an exclamation mark next to Personal Information you require verification. Click on it and follow the steps to verify your account. If there is no exclamation mark then you have no worries.

My deposit has not landed in my account. Why?

If you have made a bank transfer and it hasn’t hit your account (after 1-2 business days), please send a screenshot of the deposit to
support@surge.com.au

This will help us credit your account, so you can get back to punting. (Please note the minimum amount for a back transfer is $20)

What can bonus bets be used on?

Bonus bets can be used on any racing or sports product unless otherwise advised.

Am I eligible for promotions?

Please refer to our Promotions page to see the range of promotions we have running and the specific terms and conditions for each one. We also reserve the right to determine that certain account holders are no longer eligible to receive promotional offers. This may be a temporary withholding as account holders can become eligible again for promotional offers after a period of time.
